Hong Kong International Beer Awards
Launched in 2009 and back for a much-anticipated encore, the Hong Kong International Beer Awards will recognise the best beers available in Hong Kong in thirteen categories - including cider/perry and organic beer. Encouraging licensed traders to increase the variety available to the Hong Kong beer lover, these awards have already caught the attention of media outlets here and abroad, including the support of the LKF Group's Beer Fest. With hundreds of entries literally pouring in, our expert panel will decide on the winners, which will be on display and available for tasting at the Winner’s Gallery.

Judging System
In order to ensure that we are finding the best winners the judging system will be weighted towards the taste rather than the appearance of the beer.
20% of the marks will be for colour, clarity, smell etc, the remaining 80% of the marks will be given to the taste, crispness, aftertaste etc.
